Update with a bit of good news!

I haven't found a definite solution yet, however it looks like I may have found a way to help the car recover faster when the idle stumbles down to 500 rpm, by using one of the tables found by mrfred in the ISCV dissassembly thread and the idle stepper table.

The changes I made are boxed in red. The changes to the rpm adder table are probably what help the most. I may try increasing the 500rpm value from 20 to 30 to see if it helps some more.

Hopefully this can make it a bit easier to live with until a real solution is found.

I was having an identical problem, couldn't fix the issue with tuning so I later found out my tb seals were leaking. And the stock ecu doesn't have tps compensation.

Over the winter I had the shaft seals replaced cause mine were basically destroyed. So far I can say that the seals were the culprit.
Your seals were most likely fubared.
