did not know you had head gasket issues mikey and i could of sore that those custom gsc cams you have required a custom piston as well

Ya they won't work in stock motor however, most aftermarket piston will work with these cams. You just have to make sure the valve reliefs are 12.5mm

Also I would like to point two things out.

1) The AMS cam test was on a VIII not a IX. The OP has a IX which is a completely difference animal.
2) Every single cam in that test has been updated at least once, I know GSC has been 3 times since and would perform nothing like they did in the AMS test.

That's why I said it was for the 8 guys, and below it posted several that work well for the 9.

Great post, I didn't want to just come out and say the cams especially for a larger displacement engine were crap because the amount of douchebaggery that would occur from the statement.
