Gas prices are going up and also from what I understand one of the government subsidies on E85 was dropped.

wow, 2.99 for e85 that is crazy. I pay 3.19 for 93 lol in NJ. not saying that 3.19 is cheap by any means. Im 24 years old and remember paying 1.25 a gallon. I would hand the attendant a $10 dollar bill, tell him to fill it up, AND GET CHANGE BACK lol. makes me feel like an old geezer telling stories like that. oh well life goes on.

even at the same price as regular 93, E85 is a bargain. It is comparable to race gas that is north of $6/gallon and isn't as readily available (in my area)

Filled up for $2.55 in Houston on Thursday. Price increase could be due to more gas in the ethanol for the winter blend? I remember back in the summer it was ~2.10-2.20/gal.

true but a lot of people running e85 still use there car as a DD and have some sort of commute. and e85 vs 93 gas mileage it significantly worse. sure, if all you did was race all day then e85 is a bargain lol.

The simple laws of supply and demand my friends; it's winter....whose growing the corn?

Also if e85 reduces gas mileage significantly, it seems that you'd be spending more at the pump on a weekly basis. I'll stick to 93 for now
