Injectors stuck after 1 years of storage?

Injectors stuck after 1 years of storage?
Hello,
After a year of storage, my evo doesn't want to start.
I have brand new spark plugs
I have sparks
I have 40-50 PSI Fuel Pressure
I have no blown fuses
I can see my Stat Sync's goes "ON" ( so cam and crank position sensors are OK )
But for some reason, I do not have fuel coming out of my injectors.
I have checked my wiring ect... nothing loose. Spark plugs are dry, no fuel jumping out of cylinder while cranking with no plugs in.
I'm thinking my fuel injectors are stuck? they are precision 1000cc.
The car was properly stored with fresh fuel and oil, inside a nice garage with a nice car cover

Sadly no, I don't have that kind of tools.
What is the proper name tool to test it? ( couldn't find on google ).
I am not sure if it is related, but the "Fuel inj#01 pulse" data wasn't changing while cranking too.

just google noid light, its a little light that has terminals coming out of it. All you do is unplug the injector and plug the light in, crank the engine and if the light pulses then you know your injectors are getting the signal. Most parts stores carry them and they are relatively cheap.
No problem you can make them very easily as well, even test lights work, the only problem is that the bulb in a test light wont react as fast as the bulb in a noid light. At this point all your looking for is to see if you have a trigger to the injector or not.
Just ran into this with my Evo after 10mos of storage. Easy fix is to remove the connector and "shock" the injector with a 12v burst. You must first identify the stuck injectors. On my car 1 and 4 were stuck. An easy way to tell which cylinders are down, is touch the exhaust manifold at each port( Only works if the car is capable of running
). Do this with caution because you can easily burn the hell out of your fingers. Cold exhaust runners will indicate the cylinder being affected. The safest and easiest way to shock the injector is to get an extra injector connector and solder on two long leads( You can use two loose wire but this is sketchy at best). Ground one lead and plug connector to the injector. quickly arc the other lead onthe pos terminal of the battery. DO NOT HOLD THE WIRE DOWN! You will fry the injector easily if you hold it on the battery. You want to quickly make contact and then remove then repeat. After a few times you should hear the injector start to click. Once that happen move to the next affected injector. This should fix your problem.

Thanks for the input, but luckly my friend has extra injectors but coming back in 1 week.
After unstucking the injectors, everything worked fine? Performance wise, because I know on boat it can run crappy when it starts to get stuck.

The car runs great. AFRs are exactly where they should be and fuel trims are well in check.

Well, 3 injectors were stuck and 1 barely opening!
Luckily injectors pins were the same as a Mercury Verado, so I could use the diagnostic tools to make them move a bit.
I also send them right away to an injector shop for a full clean up.
Car start up right away.
