Possible high idle??

So I recently got the car back on the road. It runs and droves perfect but it idles around 1000-1200 rpms it doesn't really fluctuate or act like it wants to stall. I will say it's tuned for about 23 psi and it's on wastegate pressure until Friday when o put the mbc back on. Also I am going to change the plugs also Friday because it has a very slight miss at idle. Would either the low boost or fouled plug cause the slight high idle?

Would it be the iac? It's not choppy or anything it's smooth it's simply elevated from 800 ish which is the norm

I guess the question I should ask is more like what should an evo8 with aftermarket cams idle at? Is it in the tune perhaps?

prolly have to go through mitsu or get one offline. If you are getting that code i would check the iac valve for sure. Mine has no code just the idle.

For cams, it sounds about right to me. I say the tuner set it to that idle.

I'd suggest you try turning the steering wheel stop to stop while not moving and then try the A/C. If the idle stays steady durning these tests you are good to go.

I read somewhere u can test the iac by un screwing it but leaving it plugged up and turn the key over. Don't start the engine. Just turn key to on position. Apparently the valve has a stick that will move up and down searching for idle position when it's unscrewed. Perhaps you can use this to see if it's bad if that's true.

Thanks for the advice I had my throttle body off but was scared to take that out lol. Would it be safe to spray with trottle body cleaner? I herd that its possible for it to get dirty and it can clog or block the sensor if its dirty

Iac, dealers sell for $300. Amazon sells for $160. My chrysler dealer got me mine for something like $106 if I remember correct, but that was dealer wholesale price.

G serial number engine on the Sebring, uses the same iac
