need help drive shaft is making noise
I've been hearing a low (clang clang) noise coming from the drive shaft when shifting down or releasing clutch fast sounds like drive shaft noise is it normal? when i lifted the car up i couldn't find anything but i think its the first closest shaft to the trans

Might be your transfer case. Ours needs to be replaced and occasionally we hear the sound you describe.
Had it checked out at the dealer and they confirmed its the transfer case.
