Nissan sucked mid 90's until early 2000's when the VQ series engines finally came out, and just becaseu they have the GT-R doesn't make them an awesome company. Hell, I'm pretty sure renault or fiat owns a good chunk of them? Mitsubishi automobiles is only a small part of the conglomerate, and overall it's a wise business decision to axe the Evo. Small market, little profit little reason to stay in the game.
I'd sooner say I wish Honda made the Evo, but then it'd be fwd and turboless

.Really? Yeah those CA18DETs, SR20DETs, and RB25/RB26 variants were real garbage. Thank god Nissan came out with the VQ so they could slap it into literally every vehicle they produce.

I've never owned a Nissan nor am I particularly big Nissan fan by any means, but to say that Nissan sucked until they developed the VQ is completely retarded. If anything, it's the polar opposite. Nissan made some outstanding cars UNTIL the VQ was developed.
