Gun pulled on me while drivin my evo
NEVER get out of the car. Its not worth it. The last guy that tried to stick his hand in my car got dragged through the intersection cause i shut the window on his arm. **** happens on the road. if there is no damage to your car, just move on.
this is easy, carry a gun in your car, gun gets pulled, shoot the f****r in self defense... make sure u hit him 2 in the chest 1 in the head,
i hope everyone knows im Just Kidding... in all seriousness i carry a baseball bat, ball, and glove in my car, if i need to beat someone with the bat i have an excuse to say i play baseball thats why its in the car

At least in this state - he would have been justified. He did not create a life threatening situation - the other guy did. At least until our current castle law goes through - first deadly weapon loses (legally).
thats messed dude I had two kids in a prelude trying to shoot a bow and arrow until we stopped at the red light and my brother got out opened his door and snapped it in half. the guy looked more confused than the people watching it unfold. glad your ok tho
I had a gun pressed to my neck, cheek and smashed on my head which caused a laceration to my head. I told the guy to pull the trigger as well. I still to this day don't know why I said it I think I figured my life was about to end anyway. But luckily he didn't pull it because I'm still here. Its all fun and games until you have cold steel pressed to your face. Stay safe guys the world and people are crazy out there.
I would have been pissed off too but it was stupid for you to get out of the car.
1. Write down the license plate, color, make, and model
2. Report to the police
3. Thats the end of it, don't ever get out of the car
Damn **** is wild... Most of us can't even lie...! I'd say 95% of us would've been pist the flying f**k off and would've either pull up and say something or get out and try to open up a can of whoop ***! It's just sad that there's actually alot of people on the road like in which the OP encountered... No man is longer man is he chooses to hide behind his gun after committing such idiotic act.
There is a lot of tough talking in the responses.
I recently got into an argument at a stoplight from someone being a dbag. In my mind, it was warranted to shout and curse, at the time.
Later, I really wished that I had just let it go because there was no sense getting worked up about it. I can reflect in that way because it was simply shouting. If it were gunfire, the regret would be much greater, and that would be best-case.
I think that by posting your story you have some level of regret over losing control and allowing the situation to escalate to that point. So the answer is obviously not to react in that way.

Anger on the roads is getting worse and worse by the days, my sister was in an accident recently in her Prelude, this guy in this truck brake checked her and she slammed on the brakes skidded to a stop and still hit him. She needs a new front bumper cover, radiator, rad support headlights the works, what happened to him? Nothing she bent his tow hitch draw bar. What's he do? Gets out of his truck walks back to my sister taking pictures of the damage with her phone and shoves her into her car and screams open your eyes you stupid bi**h. She then loses control and what happens when the cop shows up? She gets cited for Public Disorderly Conduct, Reckless Driving and Following Traffic Too Closely. Had she kept her temper with everything and been able to explain it in a rational manner things might have gone smoother. Its the driving styles, manners and just plain not giving two ***** about others and common courtesy's on the roadways anymore
