Question on Ethics... please help
Honestly, I wouldn't take the car to a shop that was affiliated with the said tuner. If it were me, I'd load the sucker on a flatbed and ship it to STM. They're not that far from Connecticut. I am the pickiest fruck you'd ever meet especially when it comes to attention to detail. Em (from STM) is just like me in this respect. Your car will come out ready to be displayed at SEMA. If you've seen the Ricer, you've seen their work. There are other good shops, as well.
I already pm'd the OP in regards to this. Take it somewhere who has 0 association with said tuner. There are so many bad experiences that have been wiped from this and other forums allowing certain shops to sustain a certain image. Attitude goes a long way so take it somewhere that respects you and your business.
I think if im ever in Cali, ill be buying you some beers for putting up with this crap! No one should have to do this at all! 
Also if i were you i would call David Buschur and see what he has to say. Dave is a nice guy. Im sure if he called Al. Al would answer in a heart beat.... lol

Hello Pot, this is kettle... there is a fat **** standing behind me leaning on my pos rustang but I'm just gonna go ahead and call some other folks fat... and while I'm at it, I think I will call some people short with my 4' tall bad self 
To the OP, I jut read all 7 pages and I have to take my hat off to you sir. You have conducted yourself in a very mature and level headed manner. In my opinion you have gone above and well beyond what is reasonable in trying to resolve your situation without causing un due harm to the parties involved.
Time to stop being nice and make sure the situation is made right by you!
