Did you already send the deposit via paypal? If you did and you used your credit card, you can always get it back by contacting your credit card company. You can also file a claim as well if you don't hear anything back from the seller.

so in a nutshell, Jeremy spent my 3k that I deposited into his account, so he couldnt give it back until monday. No biggie

I had also paid him 300 via paypal with my CC, but looks like hes not interested in returning it. He has since become unresponsive so I just filed a dispute with my CC, should be receiving it in a couple days

happy ending.

oh, and since I have bought an 05 WW MR with 55k and a few bolt ons for 11k

 

I would def say just check the car out thouroughly, get a compression test
