Need help finding

Buddy of mine has this banjo bolt fitting for his oil feed line off the head. He can't remember where he got it other than a motorcyle shop. Needless to say I've searched high and low and no luck. Anyone know where I can snag one??

why must you have the banjo and the 90* bend? the adapter is 100x simpler...

because it would smack the line into the tubular manifold.. and the 90* bend would allow the line less pressure/flex allowing better flow.
