He did say he tightened them to mitsu spec. He is a great guy and i have no regrets going to him. Tomorrow im going to my friends shop so ill see if the wheel is damaged.

Glad you figured it out. But yes, as they have stated here, you have to inspect the wheel and hub area. The rim might have damaged some of the threads on the hub also.

UPDATE!! well the lug nut that came off the tread's snapped in half :< The good news is that everything else is ok! Wheel and wheel bearing is perfect!
