Also thanks for the heads up on e85 cars and catch cans as im switching to e85 this year
I can do that for you. I have the Drivin Innovations manifold, is that what you run?

the stuff that comes out will do your motor no harm if you ran it back thats been proven but it also dosent hurt to empty your can if thats what you wish to do i am still amazed at the tiny size of the cans we run in our evos compared to other makes and models.

Are you running any PCV system with your catch can ? If you run a small vacuum to your PCV port in the valve cover, the moisture will be pulled from the engine and burned in the motor with no issues.

I'm fine with just draining my can, instead of having it go back in the motor.

Exactly, me too...Might not do "harm" but sure as hell doesnt do good, and I dont want no moisture/gunk/unburnt fuel/blowby going into my oil if it doesnt have to, not when the oil is the blood of your engine, would you want crap mixing in with your blood in your body? I know I wouldnt

I took some pictures and measurements this morning, but it was tough. I will PM them to you in a few. It seems like there is up to 4" at the widest point at the bottom of the manifold, once you get under the strut bar mount plate on the firewall.

Actually the system goes both ways. Are you still running or do you have a check valve?

I still need to hook something up for my valve cover to intake manifold side. I'm gonna try to get something setup this week.

Good info found in here:
