Is this true? It makes sense that the oil would expand the seal, but I'm no expert. I went to 25psi when I did mine and I needed throttle body shaft seals. I've read plenty of threads with people testing from 20-30psi so confused now.

I've always boost leak tested to desired boost level. Never blew any turbo seals.

I get the oil circulation thought but there is no heat also so...
