Seeing that yours has made it to 200k Makes me believe my 06 is going to make it fairly far! I am only at 33k!

You should get it on a dyno first before rebuild. Really curious on how much HP is left on that 200k motor.

sounds like you did not perform the compression test correctly. The car would barely drive with those numbers, let alone start.
