Just hit 200K in the IX, Suggestions?

Hi everyone a few days ago me and pops hit the 200,000 mile barrier on our way to California, we took it to get a compression test and the results where
50 50 80 80

the car is driving and accelerating Ok but not at its full potential, we are doin a full forged rebuild sometime soon hopefully, aside from this what else should I be concerned/ keep an eye out for?

Thanks.

Wow, big miles on an 06...congrats on making it that far.

Sounds like the motor is done. Would be good to know more about the other maintenance that you've done to the car. With that kind of milage you're going to want to start looking at things like suspension bushings, transmission and TC, rear end, etc.

While the motor is out, use that time to check and service anything with moving parts. I know that sounds generic, but without knowing about the history of your car it's just good common sense.

Yes original owner!, well as far as maintenance goes we kept up with all the fluids and minor tune ups here and there so its been a smooth ride all the way without ever given us major problems.
The shop we most often visit here in Socal quoted us for 3,500 for a complete rebuild plus I forget what the term is but has something to do with re doin the head and block or something like that.

Awesome job man. I love hearing about high mileage evos. They're great cars to look at but only truly appreciated by driving . Plus even at high mileage they don't really give problems. Well your motor is toast though...
