Do you use AMSOIL?
If i were to metric how many AMSOIL users are in this community i think we could come back with at least an 85% that is alot of members, what has been so rewarding has been the feedback that these user have come back with they seem to enjoy the products and their cars also.
I wanted to get a consesus of why you use AMSOIL and why not, this is your time to express yourself.
THere is also a poll where you can participate to show if AMSOIL has served it purpose with your car or for whatever else you are using it, bike, boat ect..

I'm currently using it for almost every fluid in my car. It's in my trans, transfer case, rear diff, and engine. Although, I don't plan on using it anymore in my engine due to cost. I can buy 10qts of M1 for what I paid for 5 of the amsoil, that being said, I am happy with it.
i used it ONCE in my tcase and it blew... but in your products defense i think the place might have sold me the wrong weight... i forgot what the numbers were this was 4 years ago...
since then i never put it back in my car...

I tried it Amsoil once in the engine of my Evo awhile back through a third party. I am not really pro or against it. I use Mobil 1 typically out of convenience (local retail outlet). If Amsoil was easy to acquire, the pricing was competitive, and I read data that proved it offered better protection for similar cost, I would make the switch.

I pretty much agree with Seth. A good friend of mine is a dealer, but even at his cost it's over-priced; especially considering I can get Mobil 1 for barely over $4/quart (which has served both my Evos very well).
Also, saying 85% of the board uses Amsoil is a pretty bold claim that I know you can't back-up. Hyping your products is one thing, but making up "facts" is another...

Series 3000 heavy duty deisel in the engine (just switched from regular Amsoil syn)
MTG in the trans
Both are readily available at 2 of my local Napas. Cost isnt that much more then Mobil for me ($4 is WICKED low, at least around here). Im willing to pay $10-15 more for an oil change if the results are there. Main reason for the HDD in the engine is the zinc. And MTG in the trans feels much better than OEM, but have never tried anything else.
Diaqueen in the t-case and rear diff.

I have AMSOil it in my transmission, transfer case and differential. I haven't had any problems myself. As for the engine oil, has anyone experienced a noticeable difference with the engine oil compared to Mobil 1 ?
