I use motul now cause it works better for my needs. But I have used amsoil before. I like sticking with amsoil/redline/motul personally.

EDIT: For tcase/rear diff/trans I actually never tried amsoil. Only diaqueen and motul.

Engine oil, transfer case, transmision, rear diff are all amsoil. I use it because its been proven time and time again. Also i like it because its convienient that i have to change my oil much less and when i do need to Apagan puts it on my doorstep. Sure its a little more expensive but the peace of mind is worth it, going cheap on anything you put inside an evo always turns to disaster.

I have never and will never use Amsoil

1. I hate the way it is marketed especially on this site. For instance to quote a mod.
"Also, saying 85% of the board uses Amsoil is a pretty bold claim that I know you can't back-up. Hyping your products is one thing, but making up "facts" is another..."

2. Not easily obtained.

3. Way overpriced

4. No proof it will do anything better for my 130k mile car then what I have been using for 6-7 years.
I can order any Amsoil product today and have it on my door by tomorrow. Not sure how that isn't easily obtained.

Also, what I pay is not much more then buying Mobil 1 at a local parts store. And the proof is in the oil analysis if you do the research or have your oil analyzed. 15k oil changes, yes please.

The "stupid reason" is that your reply is off topic to what he is asking. You don't like it? That's no problem, but please make your own thread instead of driving this one off topic.

I have the Amsoil preferred membership, so I just order online.

I run the signature series 0w30 in my Evo and Tacoma.

For a Canadian guy such as myself (winnipeg, Manitoba) is there a retailer out here that i can get AMSOIL from? I need to do all my fluids since my car is completely apart (trans, T-Case. Engine oil...etc).

I'll go in on a group buy or whatever, but i'll need my fluids in about 3 weeks.
