hallman boost controller issues

hallman boost controller issues

I have a evo 9 I have just installed a hallman boost controller I capped both holes on the boost selonoid the one on the intake and the turbo. I ran a vaccum line from wastegate to the boost controller and I teed the bov and ran it to the bc. Im only hitting 10psi I'm sure I did the install correct can anyone help? Thanks

Well I got it to boost over 10psi but when I turn the boost even like up to 15 it just doesn't feel like it its weird it feels slow it doesn't pull at all

try to do a boost leak test. make sure every thing is tight. tripple check how the boost controler is hooked up.

how much boost were you making before you tryed to hook up the controler?

do you have any other mods done to the car?

also which way did you hook it up did you T into the bov line or did you go from wastegate to turbo?

Turn it up past 15 psi. That is a lot less than stock.

i may have miss read.

-EM is correct turn boost up more. stock is 19 - 20 psi

if its not going over 15psi then there is another issue. and try what i said.
