did you have the intake and exaust on and it working correctly? (19 ish psi boost)

if the mbc is installed correctly now if you turn it up will it boost over 15 psi?

Before I decided to install the boost controller I noticed that there was a air bleeder installed and I coyldnt undrstand y I was hitting 25 psi but there was lag the air bleeder was running to wasgate I removed it and I was only hitting 14 to 15 psi but performance and spool was a lot better just not ebough boost so j went and got the hallman it boosts 20 psi but I think there is a leak so I'm gonna take everything apart make sure everything is tight and try it again
