I have a crazy question......how do I know how many turns is 1 psi, I had my boost controller installed and its in cabin and its turn back to factory psi. And the word BOOST is unside down. So if I turn it one full turn back to where BOOST is unside down is that equal to 1 psi?

A post listing the possible installation locations for the in-cabin controller would be really useful.

Where is the best location for the mbc unit itself. I know you want it to be close to the boost source and wastegate, but if you had to choose one to be closer to what would it be. Also I heard it is good to keep the unit close to heat, so that is why i mounted mine on my valvecover. What do you think?

every car and turbo setup is a little different so theres no set amount of turns...

just about anywhere on the car will work for a mbc but the general rule of thumb is as close as you can get to the boost source itself...on the evo it works well on the valvecover...

I do beleive that on most stock turbo cars, seven turns (+/- .5 turns) is right around 21.5 psi (+/- .5 psi.) On the stiff spring that is. During my road tune, Al knew exactly where to put it and after one setting, he was right on.
