Need input on good quality hood dampeners

I'm browsing the net for these bad boys and the only one brand that sticks out the most on my browser is Tein, but I don't feel like spending $189 for set. I found a company that used be on the forums named Mynes ( link: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...vo-8-10-a.html )

So those of you that have hood dampeners, whats a good brand or what do you guys recommend? Thanks, and yes I did search and came up cept engine dampeners.

Mynes are very nice, personally a damper is a damper, doesn't matter where/who you get them from

^^That....I've had the Mynes on my car since last fall. Work well, no complaints.

I went with Mynes as well, about 2 years ago, perhaps 3 I forget. I PMed them to buy them if memory servers. The thread was here https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...vo-8-10-a.html although I see their account is listed as disabled, and I can't find anything online about Mynes Performance.. so they may be gone =/. Gruppe-S used to sell them as well, however it looks like they sell their own carbon fiber ones for around 100 now.
