In a jam here

Okay I seem to have one last problem with the evo 9. Okay now when I turn the sterring-wheel all the way to the left or all the way to the right and try to move forward it kind of studders a bit like something is holding it?

What do I do what should I look for? I have stock wheels on btw not sure if its fender rub and my car isnt not lowered at all. What gives?

That's the car saying, 'please don't crank the wheel all the way over and hold it against the lock, it hurts my cv joints. Let off just a bit, you won't notice a difference.'

This. I've notice that noise more in bigger vehicles.

Its not in the lock position at all. When the wheel is straight no problem when the wheel is turned either to the left or to the right not al the way the car jumps not the steeringwheel either. Its like something is holding onto the car I looked inside the wheelwell no marks of the tires rubbing ?

check your front axles they are probably binding and might need replaced...
check for cut boots/leaking grease

The rear differential has a clutch type locking mechanism and smooth operation requires the correct lubricant or some friction modifier additive. The easiest way to assure smooth operation is to use diaqueen.
