transmission hard or can't shift in gear. please help!

hi guys i have a evo8 5speed that had the exeddy twin disc clutch installed from the last owner, now i replaced the engine and putted everyting back the transmission is hard or can't get in to the gears. does any one here with this kind of experiences. i don't know if i used the wrong oil in the tanny, i putted 75w-90 in it, but should make a big different. so thank you if anyone can give some idea. or did i had some wrong installation.

You may want to check the alignment of the shifter under the hood. the thing with the big counterweight on it. the holes are quite a bit bigeger than the bolts that hold it down. you usually can get it in some gears though if its not aligned properly.

can't tell what is wrong with the exedy twin plate clutch, but it is gonna be it, i felt the clutch can't fully disengage.
