Evo 8 check engine light & problems

2003 evo 8
Mods: Greddy full exhaust, Aem intake, forge dv.

Problem: the car only boosts at 15 psi and feels like its getting some serious boost cuts but cant find any leaks my check engine light is on and here are the following codes: p0137, p0139, p0401, p0137 pd, p0401 pd.

I tried looking for boost leaks and cleaning the egr valve and cant find anything..problem still not solved

Can someone please help me???

Have you recently changed anything that could cause these codes to pop up?

I.e. put on a test pipe?

The sensor codes tell us that the two o2 sensors are not getting the correct
feedback between each other...easiest fix is to disable the second o2 sensor
via ecuflash...

And the egr codes that you've shown most commonly show up when one of
the hoses has come off the egr valve...you sure all are connected?

Do you have a wideband? Could be a faulty or dieing front o2 sensor or even rear o2?

No wideband..just oem o2 sensors so the egr and the fpr could possibly set off all these codes?

Those are just two things that can be checked first...as they are easiest to check.
