The is a guy an hour away from me. He said he lost 13lbs between the 2 front rotors. Thats obviously 6.5 lbs a piece on the front wheels. I feel that is a significant difference....

its decent, it does have an effect.... although I'm not sure how much you'd see it on a AWD dyno
Normally you see the effect on a car/engine which isn't so powerful.... heavy brakes or wheels on 2wd... 100whp max power, you'll see the differene 100% positive
300hp evo awd... probably much harder.. and either way no body here is going to have the type of experience to see light weight disks and think... I was going to say 330whp.. but he has light disks so... 338whp
There's to much variation between dyno figures
