Check inflation pressures.
Have wheels balanced by a competent shop.
Have tires checked for improper wear. If wear is a problem rotate more often and get a 4-wheel alignment, you'll not get rid of some ride anomalies until improperly worn rubber is replaced.
The last thing to check would be brakes.

Wheel turn @ braking often indicates a balance/inflation issue. our soft tires need frequent rotation. Odd wear on those tires will cause plenty of vibration - even hop. Rotating those tires to the rear just moves the problem but does remove the vibration in the wheel. That could be a quick check - rotate and see if the problem goes away... unless, of course, the rears are a mess too!

Good luck!

2 evo with the same trouble in Louisiana

We have 2 EVOs here with the same problem. At 120mph and + you get a front end chatter. Under breaking there is a choppy break feel and steering vibration 3 out of 5 times when breaking from higher speeds 50 mph+. I threw a weight on a BOH run the other night, This is probably a result of the chatter. I will be retating and balancing thsi week.
