how many fuel pumps do you have? careful boosting more than what you were tuned for.

This just goes to show that you can't just slap on an FP 25PSI actuator, or any actuator for that matter and assume that you'll be seeing 25 PSI base pressure, or whatever the actuator's advertised pressure may happen to be. Although, I am still surprised at the OP's extremely low reading as 3-4 PSI seems way low. It may be that the actuator rod on the OP's unit is a bit too long to start with. Or he may be experiencing other issues such as a boost leak or a weak diverter valve spring. It's just that it is generally held that base wastegate pressure even with the stock actuator is 7-8 PSI.

I think it was the wga rod, it was to short, I was not sure where the pivot arm should be positioned. once pointed in the right direction, the boost returned.
Im currently flashed for 21 or 22 I dont remember....since the flash Ive had the cams installed and now that sema is over the tuner can re-tune the car and replace the injectors to e85.......the diverter valve is the metal mitsu one bought it new from the lancer shop....I do have a fourge one but didn't like the flutter and hopping it caused.....I'm kind of entertaining the idea of a tial or synapse Synchronic DV???

What turbo are you running? if your running a stock turbo and have upgraded injectors as well you should be fine as that shouldnt run out untill about 450whp on a mustang dyno, then you'll need a larger fuel pump.

What fuel do you dd on?

currently california's best 91 octane, but next week in go the injectors and a retune to e85......maybe a dbl pumper is in santas wish list....then if all things go well it's be time for a new stock frame turbo in feb of next yr. then tires/wheels then a voltex wide body....... but for now e85.....all possible bolt on mods are done and cam are in so....now it get expensive.....heheheheh

I think that a single, healthy, modded WALBRO will suffice for fuel supply even once you switch over to E85 fuel as long as you are still on the stock turbo. Of course, you'll have to punch it. Punching it shuts a pressure relief valve in the pump. Or alternately, you might want to increase the voltage to the pump by either: 1)"hot-wiring" it or, 2) adding a Kenne-Bell Boost-A-Pump. either one of these three methods will increase the output of your Wally.

At least I think that you should be OK with the Wally modded as by one of the three methods outlined above. I am pretty sure that a lot of peeps on here that are running E85 on the stock turbo are doing it with a modded Wally. Do some searching on the subject, though.

Me I would just keep the metal IX DV and crush it. If you are interested, send me a PM and I'll tell you how to go about crushing it. At least, I think that you'll be fine with a crushed stock one at the boost levels that you are currently running. Even once you switch over to E85 you won't be running any higher than 28-30 PSI, will you? If it ain't broke don't fix it.
