Evo 8 dies under load

2004 Evo 8 - sat for 5 years and finally got it back together.

mods - 3" invidia, walbro 255 fp, buschur intake w/ maf kit, hks blow off recircd,AMS manual BC, apexi TT, AEM wideband, AMS Basic Dyno tune for the mods.

had the car tuned at AMS about 6 weeks ago, drove back perfectly fine. drove all weekend fine and dandy, then come the following week, car started having clutch issues ( wouldnt come out of gear, rolling when trying to put in gear, TB squeek.) so we did a new exedy stage 1, installed and all good as well. the ACT was warped and the shop that did it last didnt resurface teh flywheel so disc was sticking.

at the same time, everytime we would start it , car would idle fine, but once into gear and given a load to move, it would stutter pop and die instantly. figured maybe just the clutch not full releasing was causing that as well.

so we did the new clutch, got everything back together and car still continues to die once given any load( rev, 1st, ). Car has gas. New plugs and all new fluids we did with the overhaul.

we did put a AEM wideband in as well, and removed the rear o2 sensor to use its spot. could that be the culprit?

just kind of stumped as to why it dies under any load isntantly. could it be the tune? ( i would think that it would act up imediately after leaving AMS, not a week later) Clutch still not fully disengaging somewhere? car doesnt try and roll or give issues going into gear anymore either.

any help would be great.

I would go over everything that was removed/touched when you did the clutch job. Making sure all connectors/grounds are connected.

car has crankwalk.

crank keeps taking out the crank position sensor. so looks like a new shortblock now.
