Ok so right now i am running stock pretty much except an APS catback exhaust and the HKS reloaded intake. Now i really want to run catless and put on a 3in test pipe and keep the stock downpipe on at the time.....Now my question is will i need a tune if i put on a test pipe or wait till i finish collecting all the other parts and throw them on all at once and then get a tune??

No tune really needed. Just keep an eye on your boost gauge. Sometimes a test pipe, mainly a full exhaust can let your boost rise a little.

Other than that, you could always just wait to put it all on at once. That way you arent climbing under there 2 or 3 times installing a part now and then.

I just dont feel like waiting till around next fall to throw it on lol
So the boost spikes....are you talking about overboosting?
