Buschur vs. Vishnu
I'm going to be totally strange and say that I love both Buschur ANSD Vishnu! In fact, even though they are completely different in many ways, I still consider them both the very best at what they do.
I have a Buschur full 3" turbo-back with Magnaflow on my car, and not only is it lightweight, but it has almost no bends, hasn't thrown a CEL once with the test pipe, and was very economical to boot. I had it with the fancier muffler shipped to my door for less than $900.
Regarding Vishnu, I'm a breath away from going that route for tuning, because I need something with more options and controllable paramaters (timing, boost, rev limiter) than my SAFC. Shiv's parts were awesome on my WRX, and made great proven power. I'm considering an XFlash, and the fact that it is going to be somewhat user fine-tunable as soon as this spring is exciting to me. I have a lot of faith in Shiv's maps/tuning abilities.
Regarding a Buschur reflash, I haven't been on EvoM lately, and this is the first I've heard of it; I need to check it out.
I have bought every Evo part I have from Buschur (except my used SAFC), and the service has been OUTSTANDING. Every question always answered, everything always shipped promptly. And they are honest.
The common thread in my mind in these two companies is that their owners are car enthusiasts as well as intelligent businessmen. Also, from both vendors each have one of the best tuners in this country, IMO (Shiv and Tym). You can't go wrong with either!!
