If you want to have it replaced with OEM, you must have that covered before the accident. All insurances have the right to replace with non-oem components, you have to add the OEM to your policy.
Same go's with after market parts, they must be covered before the accident. Most people don't tell there insurace co. about after market, because it will cost more.
You can't blame the insurance co. for not reading and understanding your policy.

I dont know where you get your info, but that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I dont know what insurance you are talking about... maybe some hand me down type place that insures drunk drivers and pillheads.

The aftermarket part is the only thing you are right about.

Crackhead, you need to STFU and go read your policy.

Sorry to see another GG Evo go away. I always told myself if i got hit and it wasnt totalled i would fix it and sell it and to this day i still would! In your case i hope its totalled so you can move on to something you will love just as much. Im guessing there is alot of damage cause the way it destroyed that wheel, let alone the alignment the axles, shocks, etc. It could have damaged differential and that door and door seal are F***ed.

So your insurance company is going to pay for the repairs to bring it back to how it was? They are not considering the vehicle a total loss?
