Timing belt replace?
change it. i debated it myself, but after a little bit of reading i thought its best to spend more money and have peace of mind. i'll be doing the timing belt this summer stm has a really nice oem 60k service kit with belts, pulleys, water pump, and so on.

ur car your money. i just had my 60k done, OEM mitsubishi parts. why? because it lasted 60k miles and now hopefully another 60k. its kinda sketchy going with generic brands when it comes to things like timing, i mean, if it fails, you'll have a blown motor. i'm not saying i have experience in using such, but i dont think the savings justifies the potential rebuilt motor price if the belt teeth's fail early...
u should change the pump, you are already in there doing it. why go thru the hassle of doing it again if it leaks 1k mile later after you did the belt?

There are hundreds of threads that ask the same question you have. Do it once, and do it right. I've changed my timing belt/water pump 2 years ago with aftermarket parts and have had no problems with them. This year the service is due again, and if I don't have the $ to go with all oem parts, I might substitute a few things with GATES parts.
My main point is, change every single part and all the pulleys, even the one behind the power steering pump. If you're like me, I'd rather have the piece of mind that I don't have do take everything apart and do it again. Here are a couple of helpful tools:

and let me add that you DO NOT need this part if you are changing out the timing belt tensioner (the most important part in the kit aside from the timing belt itself):
