hey guys i got an evo 9 and i have a problem with the acd system the three lights come on and i got code 82 need help

 

82 is ACD pump failure.. welcome to the club..

 

82 - Pump malfunction or pressure sensor failure or acd relay failure

can you hear the pump running when you turn the key on?

 

Yes frank I hear the pump but it runnig for about 45 second and stop not like before it was run about 5 second and stop and there is no pressure coming out from it about a week ago I have open the rear diff and get off the clutches so can u tell me how could I know that I install them right again if there is a vedio or something could help cuz after this the three light of the acd turning on

 

it sounds like you have air in the system,

Have a friend get under the car (use axle stands) find the bleed screw on the transfer box, Insert your key and turn it to the on position. (dont start it) Press your gas pedal to the floor and you will hear the ACD system pump kick on and then open the bleed screw,

don't let the pump run for more than 5sec,
make sure you check and top-up the acd reservoir as it will empty quickly

1 ignition on gas pedal down bleed screw open
2 bleed screw closed ignition off
repeat 5/8 times until all air is gone
