Is it hard to change the under hood or base bushings? Any how-to's on the forums about it?

Just installed the Beatrush Shifter Base Bushings (Poly). Shifts are more tight and crisp. I had previously installed Agency Power Underhood Bushings. Noticed an immediate difference after those were put in. Now it is even better after the shifter base bushings. Great combo of easy, diy mods. Total install time was less than 30 mins.

I have some speed source underhood and braided steel upper and lower clutch line. I did this right when I got a new ACT clutch and flywheel. I was loving the shifting action. Next I'm going for base bushings. I'm going to go metal.

I have metal underhood bushings and metal shifter base bushings, been running them for three years and they are perfect. Theres no reason to not get them, they are cheap and make a huge difference in my opinion.

Its extremely easy. Shifter bushings are attatched to arms right in front of the firewall on the driver side attatched to the back side of the tranny. Just pull out the cotter pin, slide off old bushing/washer install first half of the new bushing and slide your shifter arm back onto it. Install second half, reinsert washer/cotter pin and your good to go. Takes about 5 mins I did it in the parking lot of Earthworks park with a pair of needle nose pliars

You can also pull into a busy parking lot, crank up the beats, and start break dancing with the doors open. Then get whoever's best at facebook to take snapshots....... I'm just sayin.

Youtube it and you could make =3 <----- cat face you pervs

all of that and no negative police attention + fb coverage x youtube'n it up = bi-win!
