2006 evo mr cuts out/back firing under heavy throttle.
Hmmmm 70K on the odo; it also could be an injector issue, who did the tune? Ahhhh disregard... plugs first, check for leaks, and clean your maf sensor(with MAF sensor cleaner... NOT brake cleaner).
When I put a k&n intake on my IX MR without a tune it did the same thing. I would get a tune. With that intake, from what ive read its not always good to get an aftermarker intake with out a tune
Lol the tune is not his problem .... He will be a bit leaner but only during peak boost, and that wont be lean enough cause the misfires.
But yes you should go get a tune , the evo deserves a better tune then what comes from factory (poop) :-)
