Have a twin plate with less than 200 miles.
Slave went on saturday replaced it along with master used cheap liquid im not in the usa.
I have to double clutch to engage gears. Reverse is really hard. Car was fine before.

I had the same problem with an Exedy Twin. Tried all kinds of different jazz (rebleeding, new slave/master cylinder, SS clutch line, adjusting pedal). It only had a couple of hundred miles on it when it started, too.
I ended up just having to cope with it by pushing the clutch in, shifting 3rd gear and then quickly to Reverse. Sometimes 1st gear would be tough, too, so I would use the same procedure rather than forcing it into gear. After awhile, it was second nature.
Now I have a different twin plate and it doesn't have any problems like the Exedy.
