Hey m8. I'd suggest trying the fellows over at lancerregister for something like this. They'll probably have a post stickied about it somewhere.

 

Are You localeted in Columbia, or Colorado? At any rate, I would suggest getting rid of the AVCR and getting an Email flash from a tuner online who has got experience with JDM ECU's. In the process he can remove the limiter.
