Noise coming from car

Okay everyone I have had a couple of issues with my car but not like this before. Now I have had my transfercase rebuilt before by shep. I only put 200 miles on it put in the correct fluids from the dealer. Now im hearing a whinning noise on acceleration and deceleration. My issues from before where with the binding everytime I turned the wheel to the hard right or hard left come to find out it was the transmission differential inside the tranny and the car drove nicely.

Now im not sure where the noise is coming from but it's a loud whining noise and im not sure where its from where do I start? When I turn the car to the left hard no issues when I steer the car to the hard right I feel a vibration noise im stumped about to give up any constructive positive advice would be greatly appreciated to help solve the problem.

hard to help without knowing where it is coming from and when the noise appears. maybe wheel bearing? just throwing stuff out there.
it is very hard to read your post.

Lick up the tire that you would like to check. Move the weels up and down. if there is movement, replace it.

I understand the wheel may turn (just like you turning the wheel), but that's right to left. Try to move the tire/wheel up and down and see if there is any play.
Hope it helps.
