Wing Downforce Specs?

Another side effect of the vortex generators is that they also improve the lateral stability of the car at high speeds because of the increased flow of air over the wing supports. At least that was my experience from installing it on my car.

Also back on topic (even if this thread is ancient), I find it funny that people are saying stuff like "it starts creating downforce at 85mph". Wings (in our case an inverted wing) create a force at any speed. The force increases with speed. Anybody who wants to say that the wing doesn't do anything should try to hold one while running down a freeway (while I am not behind you please ). The whole wing/no wing convo is really an aesthetics question and a weighing of whether the benefit of the wing is worth having it on the back of the car (for those that do not like the look of the wing).

Yeah, that was actually a surprise to me that the VII makes downforce. I found that link on Lotus Talk Forums a few weeks ago too. More car specs here: http://www.lotustalk.com/forums/f152...-anyone-86195/
