Would changing engine oil and filter not by Mitsubshi void my warranty?
Today, I ask the sale in a Mitsubishi dealer that if I can do the oil change outside Mitsubishi. He told me that if someone damage the parts let say the oil lid causing any leakage would void my warranty. I tried to go through the warranty manual. It doesn't really mention about that.
Do anyone know how to keep the warranty effective? I believe I only need to go back for car inspection to keep it, am I right?

You don't have to do anything to keep your warranty effective. You can perform your routine maintenance anywhere you want, including doing it yourself, but do keep records just in case it's ever needed.
Damage done by another shop or yourself could void the warranty of it's found to be the cause of a problem, but that shouldn't ever become an issue as long as you're careful and/or choose a shop wisely.

...and only corporate Mitsubishi can void your warranty, not some dumbass sales rep at the dealer.
