Having a smaller or larger hole than the bracket it attaches to. Is this true? Please help. Thanks

They are great!! My engine simply does not move!! It is true about the larger bolt hole.. but i just slapped in my oem bolt and tightend it up, no issues at all, no abnormal noises or anything. No issues at all, great product

I dont know, but mine was a pain-in-the-**** to install. Plus lots of vibrations. IMO I would just get inserts. But the do look good!

I agree with the vibrations but thats to be expected.. The mounts are solid.. Which mount was an ars? Trans mount was the only one that gave me trouble

Same. I figure since I was using one jack to lift the assembly instead of coming up evenly it was harder than it should have.

If the hole in the mount is larger than the hole it monts to on the car wouldnt that spoil the idea of having a solid mount? That means the mount would have a rediculous play in there even with a tightened bolt. Please help

I don't have one myself but I have heard of people just buying larger bolts to fit the mount. it shouldn't be a problem

I have the torque solution front mount.
Installation was a breeze and the in cabin vibrations are also minimal.
The only time I notice them is when the car is idling and I put my hand on the steering wheel, but other than that there is no squeeking or cracking whatsoever.

pm'd.

The mounts are solid, and therefore don't give much so solid mounts in general require some "playing with" to get in, but no problems with fit or function. I definitely recommend their mounts.

One would think so but when tight it does not move at all, i dont see a need for larger diameter bolts... No issues with the stockers at all. Removed the bolt after 1 season of driving and bolt was mint condition with no weird wear on the shank/threads.

Your right its not a problem at all. If it was needed ts would have provided bolts or made a smaller id whole.

If it really a deal breaker, drill out the vehicle metal brace to the same size as the ts mount buy larger bolt/nut and call it a day... But its added work for nothing if you ask me
