Any luck? I'm running into a similar issue and am ready to retire this car off a cliff - maybe we are on the same boat.

i may be worth while to get the car on a lift. you got bad rubber somewhere, or you have your exhaust resting against the body. check em one by one.

i hardly notice this in my car, with poly mounts and no balance shafts..
my steering wheel shakes alot.

Nothing yet. I was supposed to get the car up in the air this past weekend but the weather didn't cooperate.

Ok, I'm in need of the 60k service so I will be replacing all the belts soon. I will give this a look tonight.

you may wanna look into the balance shaft elimination kit, not as smooth but better for the motor over all.

So since I will be doing the 60k service will it be easier to do the balance shaft elimination at that time? I haven't really looked into it so I'm not sure how complex it is.

sounds like your exhaust rubbing against the drive shaft. consider a hammer and some noise
