Im in Germany now and looking to purchase an Evo IV over here. What would I have to do to get it registered state side? Or how would I register it? Being military I have seen a few right hand drive vehicles just wondering how they did it.

 

this has been covered in great detail. Truly there is on "legal" way to register it. although there has been imported cars non were legally done so. A lot of people do vin swaps
