03 Evo with 107,000 miles when purchased only paid 12K for it. -- this was a year ago

I purchased my car with zero issues on it records. Super squeaky clean title.


The Arizona DMV fat fingered the mileage on the title I was given to register the vehicle. I bought the car from a used sales lot in Alabama. The used sales lot never registered the car in Alabama cause they got it from an auction in Arizona. The title was just signed over to them and in Alabama the rules allow you to sign the title over multiple times and never register it.

I didn't notice until I went to register the car in Florida and the DMV told me the mileage on the title was wrong. Well I didn't want to deal with the headache of having to get a new title from Arizona etc etc. So now I have this designation on the vin check for Odometer problem title record(s).

So does this greatly affect the cars value?


The reason i'm asking is I might sell the car one day and want to know if this affects the value and how bad.
