awesome! most reliable car i've had also. i hope to hit that high, as i will not sell this car either! maintenance is key. although, there is nothing i can do to stop the clearcoat peeling, lol!

 

You my man, have obviously taken care of your car, you dont know how many evos ive seen that arent near that mileage and are falling apart. Good job!

Just bumped into this thread on accident, and I'm glad I did. Sweet Jesus, that is quite the achievement! I think this is absolutely awesome, kudos to you for putting all this love into your baby. I know they're two completely different machines, but I just reached 90k on my 08 GTS and started to panic I went in for an oil change at the dealership and they told me my car was in great condition, hopefully my maintenance upkeep will have a turnout like yours! I'm pumped to see the progress of your Evo, keep us updated!

That is extraordinarily impressive to see how far you've gone with a car that many wouldn't give a chance to make that kind of mileage (no offense intended, just meaning it's not a Camry or Accord). Very nicely done, and I hope you get hundreds of thousands of more miles out of Grandpa!

 

Holy crap 300k is seriously impressive. You defiantly know how to take care of your ride. No limit to worry about.

 

I don't think I've driven 300 thousand miles total since I've been driving, and I'm 25... Keep updating us on the car, I'd love to see 400k

Not really, its more of a surface rust. But if it gets real bad, I'm sure i can find another one.
