How to go about selling my evo with all ACD lights on?

I'm currently looking at sell my evo, only problem is all 3 acd lights come on after 2 minutes of driving. Car is in perfect condition apart from this and has full service history etc. Unfortunately I don't get to drive the car much anymore and don't have the time nor the money to get it checked out by a mechanic as car needs to be gone soon because I'm moving abroad.

Should I mention this fault in the advert and approximately how much should I knock off the potential asking price with an issue like this? TBH, it could be something else causing the lights to come on rather than the pump itself so don't know how to price it for a sale..

Try using the car every couple days and see if it turns off.

For awhile the lights would come on, and then they stopped coming on and I've had no issues for months now

Open up the gauge cluster and disconnect gravel and snow LEDs.... Don't do that. Honesty is the best policy, karma and all that.

If the lights are on, all you can do is see if there something small that can fix it. Check fluid level, disconnect battery for a few minutes, etc. If that doesn't do it then the pump needs rebuilt and it is what it is.

Try Buying the rebuild kit for the ACD pump and do it your self and do the job the right way and never have to worry about it again? Good Luck!

Id bite the bullet and just get it fixed. I know you say you want it gone asap, but ive always found it much easier and quicker to sell a car with no problems versus one with issues. If everything else is perfect with the car and you have the full service history you will severely limit your ability to get top dollar for your car With that ACD issue, plus you will limit the amount of potential buyers which will increase the amount of time it will take to sell.

I've always found it difficult to sell a car with issues no matter how honest and generous you are with the pricing. Anyone willing to deal with the issue is going to want a significant discount on the price to deal with the problem.

Personally, 9 out of 10 evo ix's I see for sale outside of this site (autotrader/eBay/etc) usually have all 3 acd lights on. If that's all that's wrong with the car I don't think you're going to be leaving much money on the table by not fixing it. It's a nice to have big the car still runs/drives fine without it.

i forgot to add... check your abs line, it might be cut. As wierd as it sounds it will trigger all 3 lights. Also check the fuse... a lot of the time that is what triggers the lights.

I had a built evo and all 3 lights would come on and even flash. Driver side abs wire was rubbed through because of the tires. Click there. Try bleeding the pump if that's not it.
