Anyone know what bracket this is???

Just got done building my 4G64 setup and had one bracket leftover when i finished that i wasnt sure where it goes lol. Everything is on except for this one piece. No part numbers or anything on it

looks like the one that holds the power steering pump. It's hard to tell with the angle of the picture.

that doesn't look like anything that goes on a evo. Was that on the 4G64 block when you got it?

good question, not entirely sure. bought the block from mike at AWD and had the blocks sitting together for a few months until all my parts came in. Far as i remember the block he sent me was completely bare, no brackets or anything

I just went and looked at a bunch of old pictures from my build thread and didn't see anything that looked like that bracket. I powder coated all mine and posted pictures. There's only a few brackets for the evo. that has to be from something else. Maybe you had it laying around for another project and mixed it in with the evo parts.

ya i think i figured it out lol. Buddy that works on hondas just told me it looks like an honda transmission bracket, and i just swapped one out not too long ago. That was bothering me for a while.

is there an unhappy Honda somewhere driving around right now? lol. I kid, I'm sure it was spare part on replacement trans...

That's a bracket for a Honda automatic transmission. Shift cable goes through it.
That's gotta be a spare, it kinda needs it LOL
