S3 cam spool on 2.3 motor?

Does anyone have any dyno sheets to post for a 2.3 motor using s3 cams preferably using a hta86, but any 35r should give me an idea

Just want to see where it will spool so i can decide if i want to use s2 or s3 cams on my new setup

I have the setup you mentioned except with s2's, I get full boost about 4400 rpms. I do have a smaller housing on my hta86 though

What size housing is it?

I just dont want to be hitting full boost at 5,500 where i was on a 2.0, kinda makes doing a 2.3 pointless. Im looking for a fun street car more then a dyno queen

get with english racing, s2r's is a stroker cam that still makes peak power like the s3's.

R2's arent just drop in cams though. I have a newly built head and if i drop them in and run into coil bind/ or seat clearance issues(which is HIGHLY likely).... im screwed and would have to change to new parts

Thats what worries me

Im running a .63 housing cause its bolted to an original ams hotside kit. I love it man. Excellent for a fun as hell street car. Made 470whp on 29psi on straight pump on Buschurs heartbreaker. Tuning on e85 in the next couple weeks.

I'm running S3s on my 2.3 with a 6466. I'm seeing 40psi right at 5400-5600 and it holds all the way to 9K. I noticed little to no decrease in spool coming from the S2 cams. The top end increase in power is extremely noticeable. It spins the wheels badly in 3rd and they sometimes slip in 4th on poor road conditions. I'm running 265/35r18 Hankook RS2s and need to upgrade badly.

S3 on a stroker will keep spool similar to an s2 on a 2.0
