Yeah it wasn't a leak at all. It jumped timing, luckily it didn't bend any valves. However on the way to the dealer to get rid of it the speedometer went out. Changed the VSS and checked the speedometer. Seems that the speed sensor is getting too much voltage from the ECU. So I got a replacement, well good old Mitsubishi makes you program the VIN through them before the car will even start. I seriously could not be anymore dissappointed with this vehicle.
